Encouraging Words

We are dedicating today a prayer day for Kyle. He has been to our home more than once, and we met him when he first came to Cal Poly. He was in my accountability group back then. What a great Christian and great person!

Dear Kyle, Melody and Matthews and Meyers families,

I have been praying for you all throughout each day. I am now rejoicing in the wonderful news of this turning point in Kyle's recovery! I am also in awe of the strength that God has provided for Kyle and Melody during this extrememely difficult time.

I was just reading II Cor.6:3. It reminded me of you, Kyle, ministering to others in the midst of your affliction. Praise God nothing is too difficult for Him (Jer 32:27)and that He is using this illness to further His purposes because of your love for Him. (Romans 8:28) I have heard of the many blessings the hospital and those in it have received because of your love for the Lord.

You all continue to be in my heart and in my prayers during this next phase of recovery.
